General Release Information

The release 5.6.1 has been released on the 1st of January 2022 and contains one bug fix. Below you can find more information related to the bug fix. We will update your Production account automatically and the Sandbox account can be updated from your (the customer's) end at any given time.

Bug Fix

BR-1276 Payment batches aren’t processed

In certain high volume, Netsuite accounts it did happen that statements submitted with EFT batches didn’t actually process the EFT batch itself. The root cause was a combination of data that did result in a volume that was too large to handle. This release introduces a change in the EFT logic that splits the submitted data in such a way that the system is able to correctly handle it and therefore can process the EFT batches.
