Reminders for unreconciled bank statements

ERP Fast Four Bank Reconciliation comes with 3 reminders, to help identify unreconciled statements. The reminders can be added to the dashboard.

• Bank Statement Lines to Process: this reminder shows all bank transactions that are not yet processed. Similar to reminder Bank Statements to Process, only this one shows the total number of lines yet to be processed.
• Bank Statements with incorrect bank balance: this reminder shows all statements where the Bank Balance NetSuite is not the same as Bank End Balance. 
• Bank Statements with remaining lines: this reminder shows all bank statements with unprocessed lines.

Note: these reminders have a date filter on Date Created, on or after 1 August 2015. In August 2015 enhanced reconciliation possibilities were added to this SuiteApp, therefore the reminders only include statements after this date.

Step-by-step guide

1. Go to the Reminders Portlet on your home screen
2. Select the Set Up option top right
3. In the search field, type "Bank"
4. Add the 3 reminders to your reminders
