Introduction to the MailChimp Integration
This integration will allow you to synchronise relations (customers, contacts, etc) to MailChimp, with relevant fields.
It uses the concept of Groups in NetSuite. A Group in NetSuite will be synced to a List in MailChimp. A group allows users to define which group members should be synced in a flexible way. It could be based on criteria or a static group.
MailChimp Lists and NetSuite Groups could be a n-to-n relationship:
- One group could be linked to multiple lists
- Multiple groups could be linked to one list
- Multiple groups could be linked to multiple lists
