- A button 'Print DPD Label' will appear. Click this button will open the PDF label(s) and open a print dialog. Set your (default) printer correctly and click Print.
- Under the Track & Trace subtab a Track & Trace record is stored for each package, with the T&T code
- All Track & Trace codes are stored in a field 'Track & Trace Number(s)', separated by a comma. Use this field to print on a PDF (f.i. packing slip) or email template

| Should DPD return an error, the error message is shown in a yellow Warning bar after saving the item fulfillment. If you are unsure how to resolve the error, you may contact support@erpfastforwardsupport@fastfour.com for help, however often the error message relates to something at DPD. Therefore contacting DPD Support is often a quicker way to get an error resolved. |
