Create Shipping Items

Create shipping items to be used for the DPD Shipping Integration.

To use a shipping item with DPD, the name of the shipping item must start with DPD, as follows:

If you are contracted with DPD Benelux, the Ship Name of the shipping item must start with 'DPD'. For example: 'DPD Standard'


If you are contracted with DPD UK Local (formerly Interlink), the Ship Name of the shipping item must start with 'DPD UK'. For example: 'DPD UK Standard' 

Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to Lists > Accounting > Shipping Items > New
  2. Enter Ship Name, take note of how the ship name should start as described above
  3. Enter all other information as required
  4. Save the shipping item
