The bundle must be made available to your account, that will happen when you purchase the bundle. When it's available, do the following steps.
- Go to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles
- Select Advanced which is located under the Search button
- Select Location: Production Account, Account ID: TSTDRV2156945
- Click Install, and then Install Bundle
